The moment your aircraft powers down after landing, the AirSync Bridge Gen 3 initiates its data off-boarding sequence. No manual steps required. No cards to pull. No cables to connect. The device — concealed within the avionics bay — detects power-off and begins its mission automatically via 4G/LTE cellular uplink.

SIGNAL ACQUISITION

Worldwide 4G/LTE Cellular Lock Established.

The Gen 3 Bridge acquires a secure 4G/LTE cellular connection through our global carrier network. Signal strength is confirmed. A proprietary encryption handshake protocol is established between the device and the AirSync Cloud Service. Your flight data is never transmitted in cleartext. Never.

PHASE 03
DATA EXTRACTION

Full Flight Record Transmitted. Sub-90-Second Upload.

Complete avionics data — engine parameters, GPS track, systems states, exceedance events — is extracted from the onboard avionics bus and transmitted to the AirSync Cloud Service. Average upload time: under 90 seconds. All data is simultaneously routed to your configured third-party integrations: ForeFlight, CAMP, PlaneLogix, Savvy Analysis, and 20+ allied systems.

PHASE 04
MISSION COMPLETE

Data Accessible. Maintenance Alerted. Logs Updated.

Before you've left the ramp, your flight data is available in the AirSync Cloud Service, your maintenance provider has been notified of any flagged engine parameters, and your pilot logbook has been automatically populated. The mission is complete. The aircraft is ready for in-depth analysis. You simply walk away.
